Stock Option Repricing
Vancouver, British Columbia April 20 , 202 3. Norseman Silver Inc. (TSXV:NOC)
OTCQB:NOCSF) (“ Norseman” or the “ Company”) announces that , subject to TSX Venture
Exchange approval and disinterested shareholder approval , it is repricing an aggregate of
4,275,000 stock options (“Options”). The repricing does not affect the Options’ current vesting
schedules and does not extend the term of the Options. The 4 ,275,000 existing Options w ill be
repriced from between $0.375 and $0.45 per common share to $0.20 per common share.
