Norseman Silver Welcomes New Team Members & Grants Stock Options

Vancouver, British Columbia November 6, 2023 – Norseman Silver Inc. (TSXV: NOC) (“ Norseman ” or the

“Company ”) announces that Merlin Marr-Johnson and Ken McNaughton have joined its technical team.

Merlin Marr-Johnson is a graduate in geology from Manchester University and holds a Master’s Degree in

Mineral Deposit Evaluation from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College. He has 25 years’ experience

in the minerals sector, including work as an exploration geologist for Rio Tinto, an analyst for HSBC and a

portfolio manager for Blakeney Management. Merlin h as worked on projects in South America, Africa,

Central Asia and Europe, and as CEO he has brought two companies to AiM, London. He speaks several

languages, including Spanish.

Mr. McNaughton is a professional geological engineer with over 30 years of global experience developing

and leading mineral explora<on programs. Prior to P2 Gold he was Chief Explora<on Officer at Pre<um

Resources Inc., where he had been responsible for g reenfield explora<on programs since joining the

company in 2011, shortly aBer it was formed to adva nce the early explora<on-stage Brucejack Project.

Prior to Pre<um, Mr. McNaughton was Vice President, Explora<on at Silver Standard Resources Inc. for 20

years, and he oversaw all explora<on ac<vi<es of the company including the explora<on program for the

Snowfield Project and the 2009 program when bonanza-grade drilling results established Brucejack as a

high-grade gold discovery. Prior to Silver Standard, he was employed by Corona Corpora<on and its affiliate

Mascot Gold Mines Ltd. as a project geologist and e ngineer for projects in Bri<sh Columbia. Mr.

McNaughton holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degr ee and a Master of Applied Science degree in

geological engineering from the University of Windsor. Currently he is the Chief Explora<on Officer of P2

Gold which is comple<ng a feasibility study of the Gabbs Copper Gold project located in Nevada.

The Company further announces that its board of directors has approved a grant an incen<ve stock op<on

(the "Opon" ) to a consultant to acquire a total of 100,000 common shares in the capital of the Company

at an exercise price of $0.12. The Op<on was granted pursuant to the Company's 10% rolling stock op<on

plan (the "Plan" ) and i8s subject to the terms of the Plan, the gra nt agreement and the requirements of

the TSX-V. The Op<on is exercisable for a five-year term expiring November 6, 2028.
