TORONTO, Jan. 02, 2020 -- Gem International Resources Inc. (the “ Company) (NEX:GI.H) announces that it has granted
options to acquire a total of 1,600,000 common shares of the Company to employees, officers, directors and consultants at
the exercise price of $0.05 per share for a period of five years, subject to vesting requirements.
