And Up-Lists to TSXV
Vancouver, British Columbia: Fort St. James Nickel Corp. ( NEX: FTJ.H) (“FTJ” or the “ Company”) is
pleased to announce that the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) has approved the
Company’s non-brokered private placement of 500,000 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.2 5 per Unit for
aggregate gross proceeds of $125,000 (the “Private Placement”).
Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company (a “Share”) and one transferrable common share
purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each Warrant entitles the holder to purcha se one additional Share (a
“Warrant Share”) at a price of $0.30 per Warrant Share for a period of three (3) years from the date of
issuance.
All securities issuable pursuant to the Private Placement are subject to a four month hold period from the
date of issuance in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws.
The Company has also met the requirements to be listed as a TSXV Tier 2 company. Therefore, it is expected
that effective at the open of trading on or about July 23, 2018, the Company’s l isting will transfer from the
NEX Board to the TSXV and the trading symbol for the company will change from FTJ.H to FTJ.
