ZANZIBAR GOLD INC. HAS UNDERGONE A NAME CHANGE TO MOJAVE GOLD

INC.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia. Mojave Gold Corp., formerly Zanzibar Gold Inc. (the

“Company”) (ZBR – CSE; ZNZBF – OTC Pinks) wishes to announce that pursuant to a

directors’ resolution that was passed on August 20, 2020, the Company’s board of

directors approved the change of name of the Company to “Mojave Gold Corp.”

The Company’s common shares will trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the

“CSE”) under the new trading symbol: “MOJ”. It is expected that the common shares will

commence trading on the CSE under the new name and trading symbol “MOJ” on or

about September 24, 2020. No action is required to be taken by shareholders with

respect to the name change. Outstanding share and warrant certificates are not affected

by the name change and do not need to be exchanged.
