Falco Appoints Ms. Chantal Sorel to Board of Directors

FALCO APPOINTS MS. CHANTAL SOREL TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
(May 25 , 201 7) Montréal, Québec – Falco Resources Ltd. (“Falco” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: FPC) is
pleased to announce that it has appointed Ms. Chantal Sorel, Managing Director, Capital, at SNC-Lavalin
to the Board of Directors of the Company . Ms. Hélène Cartier, who was appointed as Vice President
Environment and Sustainable Development of the Company on March 15, 2017, has resigned as a
member of the Board of Directors.
Ms. Sorel is Managing Director, Capital , at SNC-Lavalin. She is responsible for the investment and asset
management business capability of SNC -Lavalin, which invests capital in projects and manages the
company’s multi-billion dollar portfolio of infrastructure investments. Previously, Ms. Sorel was Senior
Vice-President, Business Development, of SNC -Lavalin’s Infrastructure sector. Until late 2014, she held
the position of Vice-President and Project Manager in charge of the McGill University Health Centre
(MUHC) Glen Site project.
Chantal Sorel has a degree in architecture from Université de Montréal and a Master’s degree in Project
Management from Université du Québec à Montréal . She also has a Project Management Professional
certification from the Project Management Institute and completed the Director Education Program
jointly offered by the Institute of Corporate Directors, the McGill Executive Institute a nd the Rotman
School of Management at the University of Toronto.
