February 28, 2024, Vancouver, British Columbia – Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: HPY)

(“Happy Creek” or the “Company”) is providing a correction to the news release of February 12,

2024.

The number of options granted on February 9, 2024 was 2,850,000, not 4,500,000 as previously

stated. All other terms remain the same.
