January 20, 2026, Vancouver, British Columbia – Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: HPY) (“Happy Creek” or the

“Company”) announces that David Blann has resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective January

19, 2026.

The Board and management thank Mr. Blann for his contributions during his tenure and wish him the best in his

future endeavors.
