Happy Creek Announces Intended Name Change to Fox Tungsten Ltd.

February 3, 2026, Vancouver, British Columbia – Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V: HPY)

(“Happy Creek” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it intends to change its name from

“Happy Creek Minerals Ltd.” to “Fox Tungsten Ltd.”, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture

Exchange. The effective date of the name change, and new trading symbol will be announced

once approval has been received.
