FORTUNE BAY GRANTS ANNUAL EQUITY INCENTIVE AWARDS AND SHARE-BASED
COMPENSATION
HALIFAX, NS December 5, 202 5 – Fortune Bay Corp. (TSXV: FOR) (FWB: 5QN) (OTCQB: FTBYF)
(“Fortune Bay” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce t he board of directors of the Company has
approved the granting of 1,490,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") and 150,000 deferred share
units (the “DSUs”) pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan and DSU Plan to its directors, officers,
contractors and employees. Directors and officers were awarded 1,210,000 of the Options which are
exercisable at a price of $1.00 per share, expire on December 4, 2030 and vest over a three-year period.
150,000 DSUs were granted to an officer of the Company’s and will vest over a three -year period in
accordance with the Company’s DSU plan.
