FOUR NINES GOLD ANNOUNCES THE GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS
November 25, 2021 – Vancouver, B.C. – Four Nines Gold Inc. ( “Four Nines” or the “Company”) (CSE:FNAU)
(OTCQB:FNAUF) is pleased to announce that it has granted consultants an aggregate of six hundred and five
thousand stock options (605,000) under the Company’s 10% rolling stock option plan approved by shareholders
at the Annual General Meeting held on June 16, 2021 . The options will be exercisable for three (3) years,
expiring on November 25, 2024, at a price of $0.59 per share. The options will vest every quarter from the date
of grant for a period of one year.
