Full Metal Minerals Provides Corporate, Puhipuhi Gold Project

And Change In Management Update

Vancouver, BC October 19, 2018 − Full Metal Minerals Ltd. (FMM-TSX:V) ("Full Metal" or the

"Company") is pleased to announce that Jasmine Lau has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of

the Company. Jasmine is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and

has focused her career in the resource and pharmaceutical industries. Jasmine has served as CFO and

was the controller of several public exploration companies with projects throughout the world. In

addition to her experience working with junior resource companies, Jasmine worked at Teck Resources

Ltd. as a SOX Auditor. Prior to Teck Resources Ltd., Jasmine worked for Deloitte & Touche LLP's

Vancouver Assurance & Advisory group where she focused on audits of public mining and resource

companies. Jasmine earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.

Cale Moodie resigned f rom his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective October

19, 2018. The Company wishes to thank Cale for his services to the Company and wishes him success in

his future endeavours. Cale will continue in his role as a member of the boar d of director s of the

Company.

Puhipuhi Gold Project and Acqusiton Update

The Company is please d to provide an update on its previously announced acquisition of all of the

issued and outstanding shares in Evolution Mining NZ Pty Ltd. (" Evolution NZ "), a wh olly-owned

subsidiary of Evolution Mining Limited, pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated April 20, 2018

in which the Company will acquire 100% interest in the Puhipuhi Gold Project (the " Project"), located

in the Northland region of the North Island of New Zealand (the "Acquisition"). The Company is in the

process of completing the Acquisition. Due diligence has been completed a nd a report in accordance

with National Instrument 43-101 – Standard of Disclosure for Mineral Projects has been filed with the

TSX Venture Exchange.

Since acquiring Puhipuhi in June 2015, Evolution NZ has spent over NZ$5million on exploration

including extensive soil geochemical surveys, 24 line kilometres of geophysics surveys and 3,800m of

diamond drilling.

The Company is also evaluating several precious and base metal opportunities in Australia and the

Americas.

Corporate Update

Further to the Company’s press release dated April 20, 2018, the management services agreements (the

"Agreements") entered into in July 2011 between Full Metal and companies controlled by the Preside nt

and Chief Executive Officer and the Corporate Secretary of the Company have been further amended.

Prior to these amendments, the services agreements provided for a change of control payment if with in

48 months following a "change of control" the contractor's engagement is terminated by the Company

without good cause or the contractor resigns. The amendments extend the 48 month period to 54
