FinEx Metals Grants Stock Options and Announces Board Change
Vancouver, British Columbia, March 31, 2026: FinEx Metals Ltd. (TSX-V: FINX) (“FinEx” or the
“Company”) announces that it has granted 1,150,000 incentive stock options (the “Options”) to
directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. Each Option is exercisable to
purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.12 for a period of five year s.
1,100,000 of the Options will vest immediately and 50,000 of the Options will vest over a period
of twelve months as to 25% on the date that is three months from the Grant Date, and a further
25% on each successive date that is three months from the date of the previous vesting. The
Options are subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Company also announces that Mr. Ernest Mast has resigned from the Board of Directors ,
due to the increased demands of professional commitments on his time. The Company sincerely
thanks Mr. Mast for his contributions over the past several years, and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
