CopperBank Closes $500,000 Financing
Vancouver, B.C., Canada – June 29, 2017 – CopperBank Resources Corp. (“CopperBank”) (CSE:
CBK) is pleased to announce that the Company has completed a non-brokered private placement
of 4,166,667 common shares at a price of $0.12 per share for a total of $500,000. No commis-
sions were paid in this financing.
The private placement is subject to the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange and the
securities will be subject to a four month and one day hold period under securities laws.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement for advancing its pro-
jects and for general working capital and corporate purposes.
The Company also announces that a total of CDN $93,000 owed to company management has
been settled in common shares in the company at a deemed price of 0.12 per share. A total of
775,000 shares will be issued to settle this amount and will have a four month hold from date of
issuance. The convertible loan and shares for debt arrangements are subject to Canadian Secu-
rities Exchange approvals and policies.
