COPPERBANK ANNOUNCES NON-BROKER PRIVATE PLACEMENT AND CLOSE

OF 1ST TRANCHE

Vancouver, Canada – January 23, 2020 - CopperBank Resources Corp. (“CopperBank” or the

“Company”) (CSE:CBK) is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement of up to

10,000,000 shares at a price of $0.06 per share. The first tranche of the private placement, con-

sisting of the issuance of 5,000,000 shares for a total of $300,000, has closed. There were no

finders’ fees paid in the first tranche of the private placement.

The private placement is subject to the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange and the

securities will be subject to a four month and one day hold period under securities laws.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement to maintain its portfolio

of projects as well as general working capital.
