Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol 9DL0 (WKN A2QQ1W).
Listing on the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange, the largest exchange in Germany and one of the world's leading trading venues, Founders
Metals anticipates enhanced visibility and access to a broader investor base. The Company's main
listing remains on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol FDR.
