April 18, 2023 VANCOUVER, B.C. – Green Battery Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: GEM, FSE: BK2P, WKN: A2QENP

OTC: GBMIF) announces that it has entered into a four month consulting agreement with Bantr Inc. of (Bantr Media

Inc) of Toronto, ON to provide Social Media Management services. The tasks will include, but not limited to building

and maintaining a corporate brand and market awareness campaign utilizing the Company’s existing online marketing

and web platforms, including the Company’s website, presentation and social media assets.

Bantr Inc. will receive cash compensation of $3,300 plus applicable taxes. In addition , the Company has agreed to

grant Bantr Inc. an option to purchase up to 120,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.09 for one year, granted

in accordance with the Company’s Omnibus Share Incentive Plan.

Bantr Inc confirms they own zero common shares of the Company directly and indirectly.

The above-mentioned transaction is subject to the approval of the regulatory authorities.
