PRIVATE PLACEMENT - AMENDED
Green Battery Minerals Inc. (the “ Company”) (TSX-V: GEM, FSE: BK2P, WKN: A2QENP OTC: GBMIF)
announces that further to its press release dated August 28, 2023, the Company advises that the cash raised has been
increased from $144,500 to $147,000. The Company, subject to regulatory approval, will issue 2,940,000 Units at a
price of $0.05, each unit consisting of one common share and one warrant exerciseable at $0.10 for three years, subject
to the right to be accelerated by the Company in the event that its shares trade at or above $0.25 for a period of 10
consecutive days. In such case of accelerated warrants, the Company may give notice, in writing or by way of news
release, to the holders that the warrants will expire 30 days from the date of providing such notice.
All other matters as disclosed on August 28, 2023 remain the same.
