GREEN BATTERY COMPLETES FLOW-THROUGH FINANCING

Vancouver, B.C., Canada, January 9, 2024 – Green Battery Minerals Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX-V:
GEM, FSE: BK2P, WKN: A2QENP OTC: GBMIF) announces that further to its news release dated
December 27, 2023, the Company has completed its private placem ent. The Company has issued
2,500,000 flow-through units at the price of $0.07 per unit for an aggregate amount of $175,000. Each unit
is comprised of one flow-through common share and one-half of o ne share purchase warrant for the
purchase of one common share at the price of $0.10 and having an exercise period of three (3) years, subject
to the following acceleration provision: in the event that if the Company’s common shares trade at or above
$0.25 for a period of 10 consecutive days in which ca se the Warrants shall expire 30 days from the date
the Company provides notice of such acceleration.
The Company has paid a cash commission of $7,000 and granted 25 0,000 compensation warrants. The
compensation warrants are exercisable at $0.07 for a period of three (3) years.
All securities issued are subject to a four month hold period which will expire on April 30, 2024.
