CHANGE OF NAME

April 29th, 2025 – MONTREAL, QC, - Green Battery Minerals Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX -V: GEM, FSE:

BK2P, WKN: A2QENP) announces that the board of directors have approved a change of the Company's name to

“FIRST CANADIAN GRAPHITE INC. ” The change of name is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture

Exchange. This change of name will be done without any share consolidation. A change in trading symbol will also

occur. Shareholders will be informed once approved and will be advised of the new CUSIP number when issued.
