CLARIFICATION of News Release Dated August 16th, 2019
August 19th, 2019 Berkwood Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: BKR; FSE: BR2N) would like to clarify
the meaning of “estimated market value” stated in the news release dated August 16th, 2019.
The underlying assumption of US$1500 per tonne used in the mineral resource estimate reflects a
value to establish reasonable prospects of eventual economic extraction and does not reflect current
market value of the mineralization.
