BERKWOOD HIRES PROMOTIONAL COMPANY PROACTIVE INVESTORS
January 27 th, 20 20, VANCOUVER, B.C. - Berkwood Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: BKR, FSE: BK2 N, (WKN:
A2DNV4) (“Berkwood” or the “Company”) is pleased to disclose its relationship with Procative Investors. On June
28, 2018, the TSX Venture Exchange issued a bulletin which defines a broad range of activities that provide a
promotional role to TSX-V issuers as defined by TSX-V Policy 3.4. Based on the contents of this bulletin and Policy
3.4, Berkwood is disclosing the following relationship.
A digital media company has been hired, with one -year contract extensions. Proactive Investors (“Proactive”) was
initially hired on October 1, 2017, and was paid a fee of $37,500. Funds used to pay Proactive Investors came from a
private placement completed on October 23, 2017, where a total of $671,249.95 was raised, and where Proactive in
turn invested $37,500 in the raise. On December 3, 2018 the agreement was renewed for $26,750, and on December
30, 2019, the arrangement was renewed for $15,750.
Proactive is exceptional in their area of expertise and provides comprehensive digital media services to the company.
Proactive Investors operates five financial websites in four languages providing breaking news, comment and analysis
on hundreds of listed companies daily. In particular Berkwood uses the video content interviews to afford management
a streamlined way for management to provide context to material News Releases.
