April 14, 2022 VANCOUVER, B.C. – Green Battery Minerals Inc. (TSX -V: BKR, FSE: BK2N (WKN:

A2DNV4) announces that it has entered into a consulting agreement with CJ Corporate Management Inc. of Langley,

BC to provide Social Media Management services. The tasks will include, but not limited to building and maintaining

a corporate brand and market awareness campaign utilizing the Company’s existing online marketing and web

platforms, including the Company’s website, presentation and social media assets.

CJ Corporate Management Inc. will receive a monthly compensation of $1,900 plus applicable taxes. Ms. Gisele

Joubin is the principal of CJ Corporate Management Inc. Ms. Joubin confirms that she holds 5,000 common shares

of the Company directly and indirectly and will be granted a stock option to purchase up to 25,000 common shares .

The above mentioned transaction is subject to the approval of the regulatory authorities.

The Company announces that it has granted stock options to its directors, officers and consultants in the aggregate

amount of 540,000 common shares, exercisable at $0.10 for five years. The option agreements are granted according

to the Company’s stock option plan.
