YUNTONE CAPITAL CORP. TERMINATES BUSINESS COMBINATION AGREEMENT WITH GROWX

Vancouver, British Columbia – April 1, 2020 – Yuntone Capital Corp. (“Yuntone”) (TSXV: YTC.H)

announces that it has terminated its business combination agreement with Grow Global Corp whereby

Yuntone intended to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of GrowX (the “Transaction”) . The

Transaction was terminated as GrowX failed to satisfy the closing conditions by November 30, 2019.

Yuntone is currently listed on the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange.
