Pursuant to the stock option plan, ArcPacific Resources Corp., subject to the acceptance for

filing of the regulatory authorities, has granted stock options to certain directors, officers

and consultants of the company to purchase an aggregate of 500,000 common shares in the

capital of the company at an exercise price of $0.075 per share, which expires on November

6th, 2020.
