Pursuant to the stock option plan, ArcPacific Resources Corp. has granted stock options to

certain directors, officers and consultants of the company to purchase an aggregate of

350,000 common shares in the capital of the company at an exercise price of $0.06 per

share, which expires on January 18, 2019.
