ArcPacific Resources Corp. Announces Changes of Directors

Vancouver, British Columbia – September 19,2017 – ArcPacific Resources Corp. (TSX-V:ACP) (the

"Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. Ken KM Chung has been appointed director of the Company at its

Annual General Meeting, effective as of the date herein. Mr. Chung has a Diploma in Building Construction

Technology from BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology). He is currently affiliated with a local

accounting firm providing consultation and advisory services on every aspect of business development and real

estate investment in North America.

The Company has accepted the resignation of Stephen Tong as Director as of July 31, 2017. The Company is

appreciative of Stephen's services and wishes him success in his future endeavors.
