Passing of CEO
Vancouver, BC – ArcPacific Resources Corp. (“ACP” or “the Company”) (TSX-V: ACP) announces, with great sadness, the
death of its Chief Executive Officer, Ruben Verzosa, after a brief illness. Ruben was a long -time director and officer of the
Company, whose optimism and energy ha d helped to sustain the Company as it has sought opportunities in a challenging
business environment. On behalf of our Board of Directors and management team, we extend our deepest sympathies to the
Verzosa family. Ruben will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him, and our thoughts are with his family at this difficult
time.
The Board has not yet had an opportunity to appoint an interim CEO and will decide soon. Additionally, the Board intends to
initiate the process of the search for a new CEO immediately.
