Vancouver, BC – ArcPacific Resources Corp. (“ACP” or “the Company”) (TSX -V: ACP) is pleased to announce that Mr.
Mike Heier has been appointed as a director of the Company, effective as of the date herein. Mr. Heier is a founder of Trinidad
Drilling Ltd. (TSX: TDC) which became Canada’s 3rd largest oil and gas drilling company with over 3,000 employees and
was a central figure in all the company's strategic decisions including international expansion until he resigned as Chairman
in June 2018. Mr. Heier has approximately 40 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry, especially in western
Canada since 1976, through his involvement with both exploration and production and oilfield services companies. He has
also served on numerous public and private profit boards as well as non-profit boards.
