Vancouver, BC – ArcPacific Resources Corp. (“ACP” or “the Company”) (TSX -V: ACP) would like to announce that at its
2019 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) all resolutions proposed to shareholders were duly passed, including setting the
number of directors at five and the election of the following individuals as directors of the Company: Ruben Verzosa, Nizar
Bharmal, Collin Kim, Ken KM Chung and Mike Heier. The Company believes that Mr. Heier’s extensive experience and
expertise will be a great value to ACP for its possible expansion into the LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) business.
