FAIRCHILD GOLD CORP. ANNOUNCES THAT IT HAS FILED AN AMENDED AND
RESTATED MD&A FOR THE INTERIM PERIOD ENDED MAY 31, 2021
Langley, British Columbia – December 29, 2021 – Fairchild Gold Corp. (TSXV: FAIR) (“ Fairchild” or the
“Company”) announces that as a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission (the “BCSC”), it
is issuing the following press release to clarify its disclosure. The Company has filed an amended management’s
discussion and analysis for the interim period ended May 31, 2021 (the “ Revised MD&A”), that replaces and
supersedes the Company’s management’s discussion and analysis that was previously filed on SEDAR on July 29,
2021.
The Revised MD&A namely provides a more balanced discussion and more prominent disclosure regarding its
quarterly results, the proceeds raised under the Company’s initial public offering financing, related party transactions
and changes to its assets over the 3-month and 9-month periods ended May 31, 2021.
