") announces that the Board of Directors

has approved the grant of 1,705,000 stock options, 1,700,000 performance share units and 405,000

deferred share units to directors, officers and employees of the Company pursuant to the Company's

Share Incentive Plan. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.43 per share, expire three years

from the date of grant, and vest as to one-quarter on the date of grant and as to one-quarter on each of

the dates falling 6, 12 and 18 months from the date of grant.
