ExGen is pleased to announce the SEDAR filing of a National Instrument 43-101 (“ NI 43-101”) technical report for the Empire

Mine Project, in Custer County, Idaho, USA (the “Empire Mine Project ”).

The report was prepared by independent Qualified Persons, Zachary J. Black, SME-RM, Jeff Choquette, P.E. and J. J. Brown,

P.G., SME-RM, of Hard Rock Consulting, LLC, (“HRC”).
