EXTENSION OF WARRANTS EXERCISE DATE APPROVED

Earthworks Industries Inc. (the “Company”) reports that TSX Venture Exchange has approved the

extension of the exercise deadline of 4,500,000 outstanding share purchase warrants from May 18, 2025,

until May 18, 2026. Each Warrant is exercisable to purchase one share in the capital of the Company for

$0.40.
