EARTHWORKS GRANTS NEW OPTIONS

Earthworks Industries Inc. (the “Company”) reports that it has granted a total of 3,300,000 share

purchase options to four directors, one advisor, and two service providers. The options will be

exercisable until September 23, 2030, at $0.075 per share.

The Company also confirms that the TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension by

one year of 2 ,300,000 share purchase warrants outlined in our News Release dated September

11, 2025.
