Eventer Technologies Ltd. Announces Change of Auditor
Toronto, Ontario – TheNewswire - September 9, 2026 – Eventer Technologies Ltd. (the “Company” or “Eventer”) (TSXV: EVNT), a SaaS-based platform for the management and sale of tickets for live events, today announced a change in its external auditor. Effective September 2, 2026, De Visser Gray LLP ("De Visser Gray") resigned as the Company's auditor at the request of the Company, and the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") has appointed Brightman Almagor Zohar & Co. ("Deloitte Israel") as the Company's new auditor, to hold office until the Company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
The appointment of Deloitte Israel was approved by the Company's Audit Committee and Board of Directors. There were no reservations or modified opinions contained in De Visser Gray's audit reports in connection with the audits of the Company's two most recently completed financial years, and there are no "reportable events", as defined in National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations, in connection with the change. A copy of the Company's notice of change of auditor, together with the required letters from DeVisser Gray and Deloitte Israel, will be filed on SEDAR+ and will be available at www.sedarplus.ca.
