enCore Energy Grants Stock Options
Vancouver, BC, July 19th, 2017: enCore Energy Corp. (TSX.V: EU) (the “Company”) has granted incentive
stock options (the “Options”) to directors, officers, advisors and consultants, to purchase an aggregate of
up to 505,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per share for a five year period, in accordance with its
Stock Option Plan. The options were granted on May 11, 2017 and are subject to TSX Venture Exchange
approval.

enCore Energy Corp. has a 100% interest, with no holding costs, on 115,000+ acres (46,400 ha) of private
mineral rights in New Mexico, including the Crownpoint and Hosta Butte uranium deposits. These deposits
contain an Indicated mineral resource of 26.6 MM pounds of U 3O8 at an average grade of 0.105% eU 3O8
and an Inferred mineral resource of 6.1 MM pounds of U 3O8 at an average grade of 0.110% eU 3O8(1). A
