enCore Energy Announces Resignation of Director
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, January 2, 2019 - enCore Energy Corp. (TSX-V:EU)
(the “Company”) announces that Mr. Paul Goranson, a member of enCore Energy’s
Board of Directors, has tendered his resignation to the Company in consideration of
potential conflicts with his priorities and responsibilities at Ene rgy Fuels Inc. enCore
wishes to thank Mr. Goranson for his contributions during his tenure on the board and
wishes him continued success.
