enCore Energy Adjourned Annual General Meeting to Friday, January 20, 2017

Vancouver, BC, January 17 th, 2017: enCore Energy Corp. (TSX.V: EU) (the “ Company”) announces it

adjourned its Annual General Meeting that was scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 12 to Friday,

January 20, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. PST. Shareholders will have until 11:30 a.m. PST on Wednesday, January

18, 2017 to submit their proxies.

enCore Energy Corp. has a 100% interest, with no holding costs, on 115,000+ acres (46,400 ha) of private

mineral rights in New Mexico, including the Crownpoint and Hosta Butte uranium deposits. These deposits

contain an Indicated mineral resource of 26.6 MM pounds of U 3O8 at an average grade of 0.105% eU 3O8

and an Inferred mineral resource of 6.1 MM pounds of U 3O8 at an average grade of 0.110% eU 3O8(1). A
