for cooperati on supporting Canadi an Patrol Submari ne Proj ect ( “CPSP ”) and advancing the
inte gra tion of Ca na dia n lithium into critica l, s ecure s upply cha ins for defense and strategic
a pplica tions. The A greement also refl ects potentia l fina ncia l contribution to E3 a lign ed with
Canada’ s I ndustri al and Technol ogi cal B enefi ts (“ITB”) policy.
