E3 Metals Corp. announces Debt Settlement
Calgary, October 19, 2018 /CNW/ - E3 METALS CORP. (TSXV: ETMC) (FSE: OU7A) (OTC:
EEMMF) (the "Company" or "E3 Metals") announces that it intends to settle debt with an
arm’s length creditor through the issuance of common shares of the Company (the " Debt
Settlement").
The Debt Settlement will consist of the issuance of 37,209 common shares of the Company at a
deemed price of $0.43 per common share, in consideration of the settlement of total of $16,000
in debt owing to the creditor. The Company has made its submission to the TSX Venture
Exchange in connection with the Debt Settlement. The common shares issued pursuant to the
Debt Settlement will be subject to a four month and one day hold period pursuant to applicable
securities laws.
The Debt Settlement remains subject the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including
the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
