Vancouver, British Columbia - (June 14, 2017) – E3 METALS CORP. (TSX.V: ETMC.H)
(the “ Company ” or “ E3 Metals ”) announces the grant of 75,000 incentive stock op tions (the
“Options”), with an exercise price of $0.45 per Opt ion, to a director and an officer under its
existing stock option plan. The Options are exercisable for a period of three years. The Options
will vest immediately.
