E3 Lithium Files Third Quarter 2024 Financial Statements and MD&A

CALGARY, ALBERTA, November 25, 2024 – E3 LITHIUM LTD. (TSXV: ETL) (FSE: OW3) (OTCQX: EEMMF),

“E3 Lithium” or the “Company,” a leader in Canadian lithium, today filed its Unaudited Condensed

Consolidated Interim Financial Statements for the Third quarter of 2024 and the accompanying
