TORONTO, June 14, 2019 -- Euro Sun Mining Inc. (TSX: ESM) (“Euro Sun” or the “Company”) announces that, further to
the notice of record and meeting date filed on SEDAR on June 5, 2019, it has set July 17, 2019 as the date for the annual
general meeting of Euro Sun (the “AGM”). The delay in holding the AGM was due to the timing of the filing of the Company’s
preliminary short form base shelf prospectus dated as of May 13, 2019, a copy of which may be obtained on the Company’s
