ESKAY RETAINS SIMON LEARMOUTH TO PROVIDE INVESTOR RELATIONS SERVICES
Toronto, October 27 , 2017 – Eskay Mining Corp. (“Eskay” or the “Company”) (TSX -V:ESK) is pleased to
announce that the Company has retained Simon Learmouth to provide investor relations services. Mr. Learmouth is to be
paid $3,000/month for an initial 3 month term and thereafter on a month-to-month basis. In addition, 100,000 options to
purchase common shares of the Company at $0.35 per share for two years have been granted to Mr. Lea rmouth with
standard vesting terms.
Mr. Learmouth has over 30 years ’ experience in the Canadian equity markets and brings a wealth of experience and
contacts to Eskay Mining.
The appointment and grant of options to Mr. Learmouth is subject to regulatory approval.
Eskay Mining Corp (TSX -V:ESK) is a TSX Venture Exchange listed company, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. Eskay
is an exploration company focused on the exploration and development of precious and base metals in British Columbia
