“Company”) is pleased to announce it will host its 2026 Capital Markets Day in São Paulo,

Brazil, on Monday, September 14, 2026. The event will be broadcast live via video webcast in

English (with AI-generated Portuguese subtitles), starting at 12:30 p.m. ET (9:30 a.m. PT;

1:30 p.m. BRT).

A presentation will be available to download on the 2026 Capital Markets Day event website

and in the Presentations section of the Company's website on the morning of the event. A
