Fancamp Directors’ Resignations

Fancamp Exploration Ltd. (“Fancamp” or the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE: FNC) wishes to announce

the resignations of Dr. Mel De Quadros and Ms. Debra Chapman from the Board of Directors. The Company

also wishes to thank both for their many contributions over the years, and in particular is pleased to note

that Ms. Chapman will continue as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, a position held with distinction for

more than thirty years.
