Eagle Plains Closes $315,000 Bought-Deal Financing
Cranbrook, BC; August 12th, 2019: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:EPL),(the ”Company”)
announces that the Company has closed a non-brokered private placement to an arms-length institutional
investor, subject to regulatory approval s. The Company issued 3,000,000 non-flow-through common
shares at a price of $.105 CDN per share for gross proceeds of $315,000. Shares issued in the financing
are subject to a four-month hold period. No warrants were attached and no finder’s fees or commissions
paid in association with the financing.
Shares were purchased by Zeta Resources Ltd. (“Zeta”), a closed-end investment company listed on the
Australian Stock Exchange (“ASX”). Zeta is related to ICM Limited, a global asset management group
with over $US 19B in assets.
Proceeds from the sale of the shares will be used to fund research, acquisition and exploration of the
company's various exploration projects in British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Yukon and for general
working capital.
