Vancouver, British Columbia – December 16, 2020 - Angel Gold Corp. (TSX-V: ANG - OTCQX: ANGCF) announces that, due to a lack of quorum, and pursuant to paragraph 11.7(2) of the Company’s Articles, it has adjourned its annual general meeting to Monday, December 21, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. (PST) via Zoom Please see details below for access.
