SIERRA ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF AGM
VANCOUVER, BC – SIERRA IRON ORE CORPORATION (“Sierra” or the "Company") is pleased to announce the results of the annual general and special meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”) that was held on September 8, 2015.
At the Meeting, all resolutions were accepted by Company shareholders. Messrs. Wally Boguski, Roger Frost, Alphonse Ruggiero and Glen D. Harder were elected as directors.
Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Accountants were re-appointed as the auditor and the Company’s 10% stock option plan was renewed by shareholders.
Following the Meeting Mr. Boguski was reappointed by the board as Chief Executive Officer and President; Mr. Ruggiero was reappointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Ms. Leah Dionne was appointed as Corporate Secretary. The Company’s Audit Committee consists of Messrs. Ruggiero, Frost and Harder.
Mr. Harder is a corporate finance lawyer who possesses extensive experience and industry knowledge relating to local and international mining and finance, particularly in relation to issues of relevance to junior or venture issuers. Mr. Harder has been a member of the British Columbia Law Society since 1986 and has practiced primarily in the area of securities law and mining since that time.

Sierra is a mineral exploration company focused on creating value through the exploration and development of its British Columbia and Ontario mineral properties. Sierra is in the initial stages of a surface program on its recently acquired Emo Ontario Properties and has planned a 1st stage 1,000 meter drill program to commence in September, 2015.
